i don't have my slash local, it has 2.4ghz receiver, is it possible to bind a spektrum tx to any 2.4ghz RX?

Short answer is no - just because they're 2.4 doesn't mean they are the same, most use diff technology to encode and decode signal.

I think some of the Losi rcvrs (don't remember which though) will bind with Spectrum, but iirc, they were made by Spectrum for Losi.
