I know Castle has motor rebuild kits, not sure about Tekin, though.

Definitely looks like it could have been the bearing(s). If you look at the rotor shaft where the bearing goes, it looks like it got burnt up due to friction. Contact Tekin and see what they say, I guess...

Not for that I'm afraid. The coil is epoxyed to the motor can. Your only choices are to send it in and let Tekin fix it or just get another unless it can be resolved as a warranty issue.

I know this is an old thread but I was wondering what you did. The same thing almost happened to me but the coils in the cylinder werent damaged like yours. The shaft was just ate up due to a bearing (the wrap around the magnets is gone). Just wondering if Tekin makes a rebuild kit. I have a T8 2650. I have seen the brushless shafts on a main but looks like they are 1/10. They are 12.5, 13 and 14mm. Anyone know whats up?

Tekin's advertising says their motors are a "rebuildable design", but I don't see a rebuild kit listed per se. They have a live support deal via PC which I guess is available during business hours, might try contacting them that way and see what you can do -

It looks like Tekin may expect you to send it in....
