DX3S Rpm Sensor HELP?
 

Trying to mount the rpm sensor on my tc5, but it wont pick up signal off of the spur gear. I have it mount on outside of left bulkhead and i think it is to far away. Anyone know where a better spot to mount this is?

did you stick the little shiny sticker on the spur?

I hear you just have to move the sensor back and forth until you find what it likes.

I gave up on mine and only use the temp sensor. mutch more valuble info IMO.

try mounted on front where next to front spool.
my TC5 is full monitored temperature, RPM & LIPO voltage....;)
