Xceleron with sidewinder help
 

Alright so I have two sct trucks an sc10 and a strike. My SC10 is running a havoc system and is awesome! But my Strike I cannot get it on the same page or even close speed wise. I am running the Losi Xceleron sensorless ESC with a sidewinder 5700KV motor with a 25c 2s Lipo, geared 88t and 19t with a FDR of 11.81 and its recommend to be at 11.8 and it goes alright but my SC10 just blows it out of the water running the 8.5 system castle says that this motor should be equivalent to a 9t modified motor but seems like it is seriously lacking in speed. I bought the motor and ESC used, could it be my ESC is going out? or does my motor need to be rebuilt? Any help would be appreciated.
