Popular mechanics had an article as well on new batts that can be recharged in a fraction of the time and had tremendous capacity. Sorry can't find the link now.
Shocked an old-shooler who was returning to racing with the news that a 5200 lipo and 13.5 in a 2wd buggy would give 20 minute + run time with brushed mod speed and not overheat - it'll just keep getting better!
