trouble w/ hyperion ac/dc eos0606i

Need help...Seems I HURT my charger! (CAN'T get it to give me ANY READING acpt. "HYPERION charger v1.4") What did I do... What can I do to fix it...?? Hatin'...!!! [VERY BUMMED!!!] :(
