Futaba R603FS Question
Hey guys I have no idea how it happened but somehow my antenna wire pulled out of my Futaba R603FS Rx. It still seems to work OK but I am not sure about leaving it in my car. Anyone have any experience with this? How is Futaba repair service? Any comments or advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I think they will send you a new antenna.

That rcvr has what Futaba terms antenna diversity - it has an internal antenna in the rcvr and obviously, the external one. Prob would work without the external since it still has the internal antenna. Don't know if range would be affected, but suspect it would.
Call and talk with them about how long its going to take to repair - that may be an issue. They used to charge one set fee for rcvrs, but that was way before 2.4.
