nomadio react programing problem
i just picked up a used react on here a few weeks ago and i cant get it to connect to the programing software. i tryed it on both windows 7 and xp but did the same thing. i think all i need are the drivers but i dont know where to get them.

Hmmm, it wouldnt up date the firm ware, interesting. you could try calling Nomadio, ask to Talk to Scott Lentz, they Dont support there RC stuff anymore but they should be able to get you up and running.
I loved my react, but it loves eating batteries faster than i can recharge them. and I've replaced the pack twice. Good luck with your new Radio. |
anybody else able to help me out? i forgot to add that it wont charge the batteries through usb ether.

Could very well be the React is registered to the previous owner and expects to see his PC when doing an update. When a Nomadio product changed hands, the previous owner had to contact Nomadio for the registration transfer to the new owner. Now, Nomadio has made the transfer software available to all users on their website. I would go there, DL the registration software and move registration to your name. This should make it work outside of something else being wrong with the radio.

i took it apart last night to make sure the cable was still good and it looks fine. i look under my device manager and it doesnt even show up under that. if you were talking about the Desktop Registration i tried that and it didnt work still. just looks like i have a bad radio :(

usb issue
checked with another pc? it could be a usb voltage issue it shows on the pc as a joystick
|
i tried on my laptop and on my desktop. if its a voltage thing then only thing i could think of is one of those usb cables that go with a external hard drive that has the 2 full size usb plugs and the other end has a mini usb
