Lipo for 8T and regulator

i'm considering going back to run lipo's in my truck, I used run the Losi Lipo and regulator, but after having several of them go bad I went to my old NIMH, I just can't deal with the charging them anymore, and want the run time and power of the lipo's.

Any recomendations ??
