Can a cap be too big?
 
I want to put a bigger cap on my RS pro to accomedate the 550 Ballistic im getting. Tekin recommended a 1000uf 16v. I see Losi has an optional 8200uf unit. There is no harm in having more capacitance right?

Within reason, no. I have a 8400uf cap for my RX. If you can fit it, itll help with larger voltage dips than the 1000uf for sure.

We offer five different TransCap replacement modules that we recommend for any brush or brushless esc based on the cells used; you can always choose a TC module rated for more cells than you are using, but not fewer cells. For example; you can choose a module rated 3S in a 2S application.
