MRT Transponder Stopped Working

I hit this subforum up the most and it has a lot of users browsing at any given time so I will post here. My MRT transponder stopped working today, it is only a few months old. Anyone else have this problem? Any way to fix it? I took it apart and it "looked" fine. Nothing burnt or broken looking. I always packed it in my 8ight's radio box padded in velcro. I will contact them ASAP but just wanted to see if anyone here had a similar experience. AMB's are $95, and even worse, out of stock at that price...

I've had mine awhile now, Have you by chance tryed it in a different car to see if it might be the rx, or in a different slot int he rx?

Yes, I tried it on two different receivers and no go. It has me baffled because it's such a simple unit. I never thought it would simply fail.
