Throttle servo for MBX5R

So my futaba is chattering and I beleive it may be on its last leg. Im new to the RC scene and bought this buggy from a reputable local racer. I understand parts wear out overtime and have no hard feelings for a chattering servo. I would like to stick with Futaba or Hitech as the steering servo in the buggy is a Hitech. I would like to spend around the 100 dollar range.

Also I would like to get a new receiver LIFEPO pack. Any suggestions? Do I still need to run a voltage reg for the life?

And one more thing. The Futaba 3pks it came with I have no idea how to set up. Is there somewhere online that has a quick setup or crash course for using this thing? I understand some of it but am no where near comfortable setting it up.

Thanks!

Spektrum H6040 Heli servo. You won't find better specs for the price.

No idea about the receiver pack question.

Manual for your 3pk can be found here:
http://www.futaba-rc.com/manuals/

Edit..Spektrum A6030 Aircraft servo ($85) might be better for your 1/8 buggy as it has 278 oz of torque 0.15 sec/60 degree speed ..or for about $120 you can get a Hitec7955TG which has 333 oz./ 0.15 speed. The H6040 is faster at 0.08 , but has less torque(167 oz.) Better suited for on road
