Got it sorted...just run as administrator before you open it.......

If im running a 7.5t motor and dont want timing, boost etc...would i be better ofvf running the V3 508 no timing firmware?...its to go in a 1/5th bike so want it as smooth as possible,no sudden surges etc...

Shawn.
The v2 software will continue to be developed thats for sure with many improvements on there way .we need to cater for everyone so we must continue to develop the v2 software as the v3 might not be suited to everyone especially the mid range driver who wants simplicity.

As like any new product with the massive research and development costs im sure the V3 will have a max 20%-25% rise in retail cost but will be worth every dollar .The 2.1v will continue in software development but the pricing of the 2.1 will drop slightly and we will label the unit as a mid range driver product for the backyard user and racer .

The V3 must be good if the 2.1 becomes a 'backyard' controller...

Will the xtreme stock also become a little cheaper? Will it be available?

Angelo, can you explain how the software systems will work, please?

Will v3 be on the same program as v2 in my computer, or do I need two different programs?
If it is on the same program, will the computer know which speedo it is attached to and give me the adjustments for that speedo?
Can I put v2.1 firmware on to the v3 speedo?
Can I use the same program box for both speedos to make adjustments?

Personally, I have enough adjustments now for the v2.1 speedo and I do not really need any more. I want to be able to use one program on my PC to load firmware to each different speedo, and I want to use the same program box to work on both speedos. I only really want the v3 speedo because i will be smaller and lighter than the v2.1. If it is going to be more complicated...

Look forward to hearing from you.

Hy guys,

I posted a couple of pages ago, that I was having problems with performance of my xtreme stock speedo.
Not anymore, I realized that I was doing the wrong procedure to configure the radio with it.
So used to that didn't payed attention to a small detail on it.
Thanks for all that tried to help.

I was trying to upgrade my ESC to a newer software version but first i was unable to find what i was looking for but i figured it out.
I now have installed the 110119 software version but i can't find the 110211 version, is that possible?

Make sure your LCD 2in1 is running the lastest version of the software, and make sure the HW program (On the computer) is in administrator mode.

also, 211 got replaced by 930, if your using the latest software package (930 operates exactly the same, just has improved sensitivity to some motors).

I can select the 930 firmware but it's for modified and i never use a modified motor.
And i'm not sure it's a good idea to upload the 930 firmware as i'm having the Xtreme stock esc and i thought it's a 60amp esc and not a 120amp.
But still i can't find the 211 firmware version.
For now i will try this first, as we don't use sensored motors.
