I have a few questions i need help with:

1) Do i need to update the software on the 2 in 1 programming box before connecting to the esc and calibrating it and if so which version no. do i need?

2) For maximum boost/ timing and power do i use 930_MOD or 930_stock Firmware?

3) Can someone post a link to the software for me to download?

4) As above what do i do when i get the ESC do i calibrate with my radio first or upload firmware to the programming box and then connect update the esc and then calibrate. I dont want to make a mess of it as im racing in a few days!

Thanks In advance
Anyone??

Is there anything I need to do when everything is received other than setting the ESC to motor and radio. For example update the LCD box, update the ESC program? If so to what?

This will be in a 1/8th dirt oval car, running on 4S 5000 MAh 40C Lipo.

Probably dumb questions but the EZrun ESC that I have in my offroad buggy has never been changed in any way after initial set up.

That's what they've been saying for two months now. Kinda bumming me out that i cannot run lvc in blinky mode on 1s when that's the whole reason i bought this particular esc. I have 4 hobbywing esc's and this is my first let down. Come on guys, it's a pretty big deal and a serious oversight that needs addressed. Please!

I know, I think HW needs to add a second programmer to the company, to help roll out software improvements.

You would figure this would be a quick fix though, since the non-blinky software's LVC works just fine.

Default Software - O/S

Hello
probably a stupid question, but is the hobbywing software available in other operating systems eg android?
was talking to several people who where sitting with their "tablet" devices (myself included) and the discussion got around to "wouldnt it be nice if........"

+1

Was thinking the same the other day sitting with my Acer Iconica A500.
Noticed Novak has something on Android market for their lineup.
