Hi guys

Just apologising for the delays with the V3 sultan and our other driver mr wang have been testing the esc this week but was called off when the rain started to come down .I can tell you thast the v3 is a complete new concept and platform .The software has jumped up to 28 options of settings from the previous 15-16 we had with the v2.1 and others .The new software will not work with any other esc but the v3 and future developments of the v3 range .

we have taken our time and yes that is true but behind the scenes alot of long hours have been spent ironing out the bugs and fixing small issues .

Thank you for your patience .Hobbywings factory team will have the esc v3 beggining of february and the rest of the consumers shortly after .

There is nothing more i or michael can do for a much faster release as it needs to be perfect with all issues fixed .

Once the V3 ESC is available, will the development of the V2 software continue, or is all future development for the V2 controllers ending?

Shawn.

Indeed it is the latest. Though i don't like it. The previous one allows you to come into turbo - end throttle punch, before normal boost is finished. Instant power.

Ok thx for the quick reply, then perhaps it's better to download the 110119_STOCK firmware or should i download the 110210_STOCK firmware?

I will be using the Xtreme stock esc with a 16T sensorless motor.

Turbo/boost will not work with a sensorless motor....

Also, thats a strange wind. Can you provide more information on the motor?

It's a carson brushless motor, we will be using this motor at the belgian tamiya cup competition.
Here is a link to show the motor.

On the website of hobbywing is stated that you must repeat the download process and then it will be ok.
