Throttle ATV settings - EzRun setup
 

I tried posting this one the EzRun thread (in the on-road section) but I didn't get any response, so I'm hoping to have more luck here

I picked up a stocker SC10 tx/rx from my buddy to run in my Tamiya M04 with the ezrun 35a / 13T combo. The radio has Throttle ATV settings (both Hi and Lo).
How should I have these set when I go through the programming process? Should I max them out, then go through the calibration/setup process....or should I leave them at Neutral, calibrate the esc, then turn them to the max? Everything thing I've seen and read says it depends on the esc...

Sorry for the newbish questions in advance!

I would say set it at neutral, then adjust.
