11 v lipo

i just got a 11 v 3c lipo battery and put a traxxas plug on it i went to charge and i got a connection break on the sceen i have a venom pro charger with a cell block balance block whats the deal

Either the connector you just put on is not making good connection, or the lipo has less than 9.0v. You have any way to measure the voltage?
