problem with the venom pro charger

i have had this venom pro charger for over a year and never used its 12v battery hook up. now i try to hook up to a battery and the unit dosent even turn on...anyone have any possible idea on what is going on with this?

Takes a minimum of 11v - does the batt you're trying have enough voltage?
