A couple of questions...
 

Hey fellas,

I am up for a new radio as my current one is really dodgy and was thinking about a couple of things...

Eventually I would like to get an electric 1/8th monster truck or make/buy a 1/5th kit for one and was thinking it would be cool to have mechanical brakes and rear steer.

So I was just wondering is it possible to have mechanical brakes that activates when you put the trigger in the reverse position and still be able to keep reverse.
I haven't played around with it before but my thinking was that reverse and brakes would be fighting each other.

I assume this would require a 3rd channel either way.

But for rear steer would this require another channel?
Or would it be possible to just run both servos from the one port on the receiver?

Now on a different yet related topic...
I need/want a new radio, I am not sure which one I should go for.
I am seriously considering the new Sanwa MX 3X but have been offered a DX3S (with losi receiver) for about the same price.
I have been keeping an eye out for other used radios but these are the main 2 I am thinking about.
The DX3S is near new and is apparently the newer DSM2 version.
