Mamba Max Pro setup for offroad

Does anyone have a setup that they use for The MMP I am running a SC10 with a 10.5 Castle motor and 13.5 and 17.5 also gearing help would be nice too as I am new to brushless but not racing just slow to the change or should I raise the gear till it gets to 160F.
