LRP esc question?????????
 

All we run here is the 17.5 class and looking to get another esc. If thats all we run im looking at the SPX and SXX. Don't have the funds for the tekin. Wont ever run mod in it at the most maybe a 13.5..Whats your opinion and differances between the two.:nod:

I never had much luck with LRP esc's and the SXX & SPX ain't cheap. For around the same price you can buy the Tekin RS & Hotwire Here

whats the differance between the RS and the PRO?

The SXX is designed for lower wind motors, 7.5 and lower. SPX will work fine. There are some great deals in the for sale section o some SPX's. Can give you a good deal on an LRP Comp. '07 if interested. Looking at $85 shipped. Have 4 of them. Moving over to the SPX's.

The LRP SXX StockSpec is about to hit the market - that will be much faster than the LRP SPX StockSpec.

the RS and RSpro have the same features, but the RSpro has the ability to handle lower wind motors, the RS is limited to a 5.5

Does the SPX "stock spec" and the SXX, have the "boost" like the tekin does? Thats really what im looking for. Not really trying to get too technical for this class just need that "boost" that everyones getting. I ran my lrp tc yesterday and finished on the same lap(half a lap down) and there running the tekins. My driving is really good just need that little extra power.

I would love to find this out too. I just want to know what to set the sxx at for stock 17.5. I have been trying all sorts of settings and not really finding the right one yet.
