Novak GTB arcing

I could use a little help. I haven't ran my GTB in a while but I noticed last night that when I turn it on with the Lipo plugged up, I can feel an arc in the wires as if some wires were short. Everything works normal though. I just don't want to burn the stuff up. Is this normal to arc like this?

Is it more like a twitch in the main power wires?

I've felt the inrush sometimes that will make them move from the EMF created during a surge.
Usually when the cap is charged, but also when turning on some times.

I am using GTB 4.5T and experienced this problem. Just bear in mind you need to clean the dean connectors. Once I neglected the routine, the car stopped due to cables unsoldered from dean. The oxidisation causes heat to build up.

It could also be static electricity causing this. If the electronics are in a plasitc chassis there can be a build up of static electricity. Especially if you'er using rubber tires. I usually try and ground the car before connecting the battery.

For my case is fiber carbon deck. No static buildup.
