DX3R Issues
 

I went racing today and the DX3R worked fine but when I got home I tried playing with a BND Micro Crawler that was purchased today but the crawler was only wanting to turn right and was being very eratic in general. The DX3R worked fine at the track with the crawler and the SC10 but now they both are not working with the radio. The RS Pros lights comes on and the wheels turn right then nothing but blinking lights on the Tekin ESC. I also noticed that I can't adjust any of the EPAs on the left side of the screen.

I did get an old DX2 to bind with the crawler with no problem at all and it's working fine so I would say that the DX3R is the problem without question. Everything worked fine when I packed it up at the track so I have no idea what happened.

Has anyone heard of a DX3R doing this?

No, I have never heard of this sounds like there is a problem in the radio if you got another radio to bind with the receiver. I would call Spektrum and see about sending it back in, depending on what they say. Also make sure that your antenna isn't touching anything metal or laying across a power wire.

Why don't you try lowering the frame rate of your DX3R,,, I assume it is set at 5.5? and the bnd may need a slower rate.

I called Horizon and they said to send it back so it's on its way to them now. This is non-warranty work because the radio is over a year old. I hope that the cost for it to be fixed isn't that crazy.
