Default Cheap AC/DC Lipo Charger?

Hey guys, id like some help in finding a cheap AC/DC lipo charger that can discharge as well (if possible) I just need it to charge a 1 cell or 2 cell battery, nothing more. Isnt there an adapter for NiMh chargers to charge lipo packs? from novak or something? Thanks in advance!!

I got mine last Saturday, it is a very nice charger and would strongly recommend it. The instruction manual is not that great, but is really easy to use.
