Mamba Monster Calibration/Throtle Problem

I just hooked up my Mamba Monster 2200kv system today and I can't seem to calibrate or get any response on throtle or brake. I have a specktrum dx3 and had no problem with mamba max. Battery Lipo 4S 5000mah 20C. Steering works great just no throtle, also tried another radio and still same result. It turns on, chimes up and nothing for throtle. Any suggestions?

Call CC, someone had this problem not long ago and it was a defective unit(dead BEC?)

The beeps and lights may give you a clue about whats wrong and may just tell you to call CC, but its worth looking to see if the codes can help - codes and meanings posted here -

can you reset the radio back to factory defaults and then try to recalibrate it with the ESC again?
See if that does anything before you go the service route.

After a call to castle tech the problem was that the value I had in the old software for lipo cut off was invalid(4s 12.8v), so esc thought it hit lipo cut off. Well ended up being the software, just did update and all is well. Thanks for all the help and suggestions

Glad you didn't have to send it back! Hate it when that happens......:D
