KO Propo EX-5 UR

This probably seems like a very dumb question, but I don't want to fry one of my new receivers.

Which way does the battery plug go in the receiver? I can't find anywhere where it says which way is positive and negative etc.

Can anyone help me out?

Thanks!

Anyone?

Just swap it around until it works, it is not going to fry it. I have had to do this before on my Futaba recievers.

if i remembered correctly; black wire should be away from the rx slot 'notch'...

Spot on mate.

Robert from KO Propo emailed me with this:

The sequence for the wires is the same as your servo. Black wire on one side, red in the center and the white wire (for servos or ESC) would be close to the slot on the receiver.

These wont bind for some reason.

And I managed to fry one receiver while trying... interchangable my ass! She sparked and smoked, with a horrible smell. That's a $75 stuffed without even getting to use it.

If you get the wire sequence wrong, you will damage the receiver. There is no reverse polarity protection in the receiver.

Yep. All good now though.
