Castle BEC Help Please
 

I have a Castle BEC and I can't get my Castle Link to recognize it to change the voltage. I've updated my Castle Link Software and tried both of the different USB links I have. I've tried about every combination of plugging it with and without battery, ESC, etc. Anyway I'm stumped and with my work schedule I don't have any time to contact Castle during their business hours. Anyone have any pointers?
