M11X QUESTIONS

Is the M11X substantially lighter then the M11's? Also can you run 7.4v unregulated through the new FHSS-3 rx's

From the manual it says, input voltage 4.8v-6.0v, so I guess you have to put regulator in between if you want to use LiPo.

M11X is 127g lighter which is equivalent to the weight of about five AA batteries.

As long as the speedo your using regulates 4.8v to 6.0v to the receiver and servo you'll be fine. If you're using this in a gas car, then you might need a voltage regulator.
