I finally got mines today. Anyone notice have the back it says never use charger "unsuoervised." Also my vents are blocked shut. There doesn't seem to be a void warranty sticker if I open it. Do these even have a warranty?

I tried using the usb link cable while charging, and i get the message "nigger or err"

Better manual
This charger has worked well for me. I was hoping to find a manual that was a bit cleare. I looked online but couldn't find a better manual for the AC6. I was hoping to find a pdf from one of the name brands that slaps their sticker on this case. Anybody have a link?

The manuals are surprisingly similar from this particular charger to say ones like the Accucel chargers. I didn't think the Thunder's manual was too bad.
Not sure what you need to be clearer and not sure the Accucel manual would be better. It does work the same way (like most of these do), but you can find manual here under teh file tab at the bottom if you wnat to look -

If these are lipos, the CC/CV lipo charge process (either in balance mode ot just straight charge mode) will take care of charge termination and as long as the capacity is higher than what is reached at the end of the CV part of the charge, then it won't matter. For lipo, just set higher than the highest capacity lipo you're charging. Your lower capacity lipo will not be overcharged - termination will be on the CC/CV process.
If this is for NiMh, then I'd have to do a little checking. I don't know whether the max capacity is stored in the user stored profiles or would have to be changed each time. But again, this is a safety deal - it will only be used as a charge termination if the peak detection process doesn't detect a peak.
You also have safety time that is an additional safety net to catch charging thats gone on too long. I keep mine at 60minutes and expect it would safely catch either lipo or NiMh charging thats somehow not terminated normally.
I use two chargers - Accucel-6 and GT Power A-6-10 that are both based of this same type operating menu as the AC-6 and I've never had either one have a charging termination problem. That said however, I don't set batts up on charge and then leave the house. I don't watch them every minute either, but I am there when I expect the batt/lipos to finish charging.

it seems to set the capacity cut off at the value u set it in the user program that u set the timer cut off, for all charges.
