Hyperion balance tap wiring: HELP!
 

So i have a Hyperion charger and most of my batteries had different style balance taps. So i picked up some Hyperion 2s-4s taps from http://www.rclipos.com/

Ive tried looking on line, but i need to find a diagram of some sort explaining how i wire these taps to my batteries.

I have 2s and 3s batteries. And eventually maybe some 4s's.

I plan on simply cutting the current tap off the battery, and just splicing in the new one. Or de-pining the clip.

Any help is appreciated.
