i have the same lipo as you have and charge it with ac6 with ps. this charger is a winner. cheap and can balance your batteries too. theres is an option in the charger mah cutoff. i adjust it to 5200.

mah cut-off what's that going to do for you with a lipo? Or do you mean that's how you set the charge rate, 5200mah and it automaticaly charges at 1C (5.2amps)

I think the default on mine was 5000mah. So you would have to bump it up to keep it from shutting off early.

It will charge the lipo you're asking about. The 1C charge rate for that lipo is 5200/1000 = 5.2amps. The charger is limited to 5.0amps, but that just means it will take just a little longer to charge, something you'll prob not even notice.

The charger has a compatible balance connection for teh SMC lipos as well, you will be able to plug it in, set it up, connect both connections and balance chargethe lipo you mentioned.

I don't think you can put 5000mah back into a 5200mah lipo. Even at 6v. I would think the battery would still have more than 200mah left in it. Unless that charge can read total capacity and didn't like it being over 5000???
