Spectrum DX3S ???? for a crawler?
 
i was wondering if i could use my spectrumDX3S in a crawler and use a DIG? i need to know cause i want to buy the new losi and it says a dx3r will work but i dont want to buy a new radio....:confused:

It can work. I use it on my berg crawler. For you to be able to go both ways you need to have the servo centered at zero. Flip the 3rd channel switch and you have front dig. To be able to use rear dig, while you are running around you keep the radio screen on reverse settings. Go to auxillary channel and reverse the servo. So when you flip the switch you get rear dig. It is an easy 2 button process, but for the little bit you will use rear dig it works perfectly fine.

Just have to make sure the servo is centered and trim is zero. Mine works like a charm.
