hyperion 610i v2.0 with error msg without plugging the balancer port

I am wondering if anyone else has the same issue with me, when i power up my 610i v2.0 without plugging the balancer tap, it shows error msg. I heard that it's only happening to v2.0 Does anyone has the same issue!?? or how can i resolve it?? Thanks in advance.

anybody is using 610i???

I have a 610i but it's v1.9. The only error I get is if I unplug the balance connector while the charger is powered up. If I want to charge without the balancer I have to have it disconnected before turning the charger on. So my "issue" isn't exactly the same as yours.

I use two of them, separately and together to network charge, but I always balance and charge, so I don't see this issue. I power up, then connect the main power and then the balance connection. Reverse this then finished, the AB-BA sequence they advise.

Are you saying you turn it on and if there is nothing plugged into the balance adapter, you're getting this error? Do you have a lipo connected to main power when you do this? Mine power up fine with nothing connected, show me the version and then go to where they were when last used.

Mine are both updated to v2.0 firmware.

Yes, when i turn it on and if i dont plug into the balancer with the output cord to the charger, i will get the error msg, and sounds "B" "B" "B" "B" ....i dont need to connect the lipo to my output port at the charger.... my firmware is V2.0, it shows when I power up the charger. this is getting me crazy!!............ Thanks in advance.

I just tried both of mine - unplugged the balance harness so there was nothing in the balance port. Both powered up normally, no errors, no noise. You have some kind of prob. When you upgraded from 1.9 to 2, did everything go ok??
