Default 3pk with spektrum sm1000 module HELP!!

i currently bought a used 3pk with sm1000 spektrum module i just wanna know why it loses signal so easily. if iam on a drivers stand its not so bad but im just playing on the street i lose signal with my RC so easily. is there a special setting i missed?

you could try to re-bind them to each other again.. that might help.

Do you still have the stock Futaba antenna in your radio? if not put it back in. I had the same problem eariler this year, we got a new local track that was bigger than the old one we use to race on and the back straight was farther away from the diver stand than the old one was and I lost signal, I rebinded, changed RX's and everything else but nothing helped till I put the stock antenna back into my transmitter then all my glitching was gone.

Try removing it. I've used mine with 4 different cars at the Las Vegas Silver Bowl where it's probably 250' from the drivers stand to the farthest point; never had a glitch. Never used the Futaba ant. with the Spectrum.
Since your broadcasting on 2.4 GHz through the transmitter module, the original ant. is inactive. It might cause some interference though??
Anyway, it takes 15 seconds to unscrew it and try.
Make sure your ant. has 1/2 inch of wire extending out of the ant. shroud.
