Hyperion LBA10 Balancer

I have a hard time working on my LBA10, everytime when i connect it to my 1210i and trying to charge a lipo with the LBA10, it always said output error. I have a feeling that the LBA10 is not in "connected" mode while i plug the balancer tap and the main tap to the LBA10, as well as the A123 status is blinking on the LBA10 when I am balancing the lipo. Is it something wrong??? Does someone has the same issue??? Thanks.

I don't know the hyperion, but my balancer needs to be connected to the battery before connecting it to the charger...

which brand is the balancer? I might want to check it tonite.. thanks.

My LBA6 requires me to press the status button after it's connected to the battery to enable connected mode.

that's wat i need to do too, but it seems like the LBA10 never got connected even i pressed the button 1000 times!!...... i am wondering where can I send this balancer for warranty or repair...... :cry:
