Novak GTB sensor wire

Can I run my GTB with different sensor motor besides novak like LRP, Orion, Tekin? Do they share the same sensor wire like using the same wire for different brand motor? Thanks.

Also, which ESC can run both sensor BL and sensorless BL motor? Thanks again.

Sensor wires are universal. You can use the GTB with any sensored motor you want.

Castle and Tekin are the first two that come to mind for sensorless and sensored use.

So I can use the Tekin sensor ESC like the RS or RS Pro with the sensorless and sensor BL motor?? Thanks.

Yep. I have a Novak Brushless motor with a Tekin RS Pro, and a Trinity DUO with a Novak GTB. They works just as good as their associated counterparts.

well, i wired up my new VORTEX motor, and it made about 10 seconds, and poof.. i didnt do anything different, made sure the wires went from A to A, and B to B, and such, i had to use the provided sensor wire from orion, but i made sure that it was all plugged in right. put it in the car, ran bout 10 seconds, and huge smoke plume!!! any help?

uh oh. sounds like a bad gtb or a solder issue. That motor should work fine with the gtb.
