Has anyone used GWS C3-LP Li-Po Charger before?
Its really cheap (like $15, sorry I can't post link yet) but any good?
And can I balance charge using this charger?

Haven't used it, but reading the manual it is a balancing charger. This is intended for small lipo pacs like are in helis and small planes. It is only capable of 2S or 3S lipos. It doesn't charge any higher cells counts. I charges at rates up to 1amp and is a DC only charger.

I don't think you'd be happy trying to charge a 2S 6000mah lipo using this charger.
