dx3r help please
 

hi guys i just bought a dx3r, i love it. but on the spektrum website


it does say those that have serial number ending with 0801 have problems with binding.....

my dx3r is fairly new. i am planning to do a national race soon.


and dont really want to have any problems if i can avoid it.


any advise??

Does yours have that same serial number? If so, I would suggest getting on the phone with Spektrum ASAP and arrange an exchange or see if you can do it through the LHS. Some shops will just exchange the radio and send it in themselves and save you the hassle.

Not all the radios with serials that end in those numbers have the problem. You might be lucky to get a good one. Just use it until it shows the problem, it won't affect the bind when it's turned on already so you should be fine in the nationals.
