3S Tx lipo - yes I do, wouldn't think of not balancing. I'm still using NiMh hump pacs so can't comment on the rx lipos. I do use some that are silimar sizes for 18th scale and I balance those. The only way you're going to maximize lipo life is to maintain them and not abuse them. Balancing is one step toward maintaining them.

Yes I do, best advice is to balance them after use. Just becareful not to let the voltage falls below 3V. Else you'll have prob balancing at 4.2V each at full charge.

Most TX lipos don't come with a balance plug. I do not balance my TX lipo. The current draw from a radio transmitter is so small, balancing is not requied.

Pass you soon...

I have the reedy 3000 lipo in my Transmitter, I always balance it with every charge & I recomend balancing to be done at all times.

Are you sure you have a a lipo that is designed for transmitters. I have a protek 1350 which only has a max dicharge of 3c. I do agree if you have a balance plug then you should balance the pack. But If you have a lipo that is only designed to work in tX's most of the time is will not come with a balancing plug.
