Help!!! Problem w/ Lipo and ESC
 

I just installed a new Castle Creations MMM in my sons 8ight-T. After programming the ESC to my Airtronics MX3 Spektrum transmitter, which went successfully, and the system is armed, the main Red lead wire twitches and the motor doesn't turn and the wire gets hot when I pull the trigger. I immediately turn off the switch and disconnect the battery. The battery isn't even warm but the wire is hot and it twitches everytime I pull for throttle. Am I doing something wrong?
