Nosram 10.5 and istc speed controller
 

I am wondering if there is any tips hints etc to get the best out of the 10.5 nosram and istc controller.

I have it geared correct on the outdoor open fast track at 4.2 and comes off hot but not sizzling hot but other's around me using that motor and other motors still seem quicker, so is it timing gearing or other tips that can be done.
