The SR3100 is DSM2 the DX3.0 is DSM = not compatible.

Is it compatible with the airtronics conversion from spektrum? Its the Pro module DSM 2.4?

The only radio that the SR3100 is compatible with is the DX3R

I am using Airtronics Conversion to Spektrum previously. So far they never failed me. The only available support is SPM1012 below:

If you want a much better response, get the SR3500 micro for backwards compatibility.

All Spektrum module systems are DSM, not DSM2. They will NOT work with the 3100 receiver. The 3500Micro receiver WILL work with ANY Spektrum system, even the DX3R. The DX3R transmitter can run in both DSM and DSM2 modes, when you bind it to the receiver it detects which protocol the receiver uses and sets itself accordingly.
