Hi ,i race 1/8 offroad and have been using the Sanwa WRX in the past and latley the JR8717.
I have had now problems with either of them but i will like to buy a new one now,so i will like to hear your thought of which servo to buy.

i would go with the JR 9100S, 150oz of torque at .08. And with JR warrenty its a no brainier for me to run JR servos. A close second would be the ACE

I agree with unlucky,I have 9100S's and 9100T's and love them.A little pricey but you get what you pay for.

I run the Hitec HS-7955TG... High torque, good speed, and it has Ti gears for durability. Plus Hitec's warranty and support is awesome!

3rd nod here for the JR 9100's. If you're running LiPos then you may want to consider the new 9100 HV servos. They have more torque and are faster than the standard 9100's and don't need a regulator if you're running a LiPo receiver pack.

I run a 5955 in a BL Revo and a 7955 in a Losi 8T and both are good powerfull servos 333oz/ins @ 6v...they do emit a humm and this bothers some people but once you are running your truck you will never know
