Default LRP SPX Brushless Competition StockSpec?

Can anybody provide any feedback on this Speed Control? How has it performed?

Bump

It looks like these speedies are out, and there is little information on the LRP website.

Can someone fill me in with the details of why someone would choose one of these over the TC Spec.

Will be raing 13.5 - 4.5. Will the SPX handle the 4.5 on lipo?

Cheers

It has profiles optimized for stock motor performance. Which I assume means 17.5-13.5.

I don’t see any motor rating for it either, but I suspect if you plan on running a 4.5 it wouldn’t be the best choice. I would think you would want a model with a heatsink, and probably a fan too.

They were running a new esc at the worlds, and I thought it was this one, but if it wasn't then I'll just wait a couple more months till that one is released

i have the spx competition and i love it. i put it in my gen x with a speed passion 17.5. as far as info goes is profiles 1-4 is for modified and profiles 5-8 are for stock racing. ive only compared this with a tekin rs in 12th and there just about equivelent. it comes with a heatsink that you can chose to put on or leave off.i will probly try both rs and spx in snowbirds to compare. i can take any questions. superior has them in stock now.
