Sounds like its time for a new batt - if its damaged to the point it won't maintain voltage, and the voltage drops below minimum over nite, its done. Less expensive lipo cells show a lot less tolerance to overvoltage (or any other kind of damaging conditions like getting too hot) than the more expensive cells. These actually have to have better care than the more expensive lipo cells.
