Spektrum died
Spektrum rx sr3000 died in the middle of a race. I use it with a Sphere TC. ESC works as long as its not plugged into rx. Not sure what happen. Any ideas?

It more than likly shut off. Mine have done that in onroad and off road. There should be a little capastor in your box plug that in and it should be fine.;)

The cap is hard wired into the esc already. Rx never powers up. I can plugin battery and leave esc unplugged from rx and the esc powers up, but as soon as I plug the esc into Rx, the esc dies, as if I just unpluged the battery. This is with a fresh lipo.

I have never heard of a problem like this. Does anyone know how to contact there tech support? I did not find it on there website. If there is no support, maybe I need to get a 3pk and Fasst system.

Yep, had one crap out on me once before. Right during the mains too. My car took a major hit right before it started sutting off. Did yours take a hit befor it started doing it?

man you have to open those 3000's up ocasionally and clean the dirt out of them. Most of the time they will get a small peice of metalic debris in them o a peice of soil that conducts electricity and POOF, it's all done.
