just a question

not sure if i read it right but can this charger charge at 3A if plugged into a wall socket in a house?

i really need a charger (im going to borrow one for now) but i have 3300mah batteries on the way and dont want to have to wait 6-7 hours for them to charge fully, my price range is about 40-50 dollars unless someone wanted something i have for sale in the non r/c section

so would this be an okay charger to charge 3300mah batteries or are there better ones for my price range?

Yes - straight out of the Tower ad "Charge current ranges from 0.1 to 5.0 amps (3A maximum with AC input).

You'll be able to charge your 3300s in about an hour using that charger at a 3 amps charge rate. Def won't be taking 6-7 hrs.

This is the one I started with - it seems to be same charger except for the name and the price -

If its the same, just be aware it likes to false peak charging at 3amps, so just check the batts and see how warm they are - they should peak at 120-130F. If they're not hot, just reset charger and start again. When my Piranha d=would do this, it would take 2 or 3 times to get batt fully charged.
