My m8 beeps
 

everytime I set my m8 down it beeps.

Cries for attention? ;)

ur battery connection is less than perfect, its losing voltage for that instant and shuttin on and off. check ur connection from the tray to the radio and ur batts/charge jack in the tray.

hey thanks I'll check that out, could explain why my spektrum was cutting in and out.

how do you fix this problem?

I have 4 m8 radios And they all have had issues with the battery becoming disconnected at the slightest bump . To fix this i use a piece of foam or rolled up paper towel in between the battery cover and the battery carrier. If it beeps more than once your battery is low.
