Curious...

Why would you want an "alarm" instead of a "cut-off" like Novak and others make?

A cut-off can can go off at a bad time like in a strait. With the alarm you still have power and can safely stop your car.

Hmm.. interesting.. though I'd rather have it go off in the straight than possibly ruin a $100 lipo... I run mostly 1/10th scale.. stock and mod (4wd).. never came close to running a full charge in a race even with my Orion 3200...

I do like the LiPo cut off in my Novak GTB.. it does a "studder" before it shuts down. This is usually enough to park it out of the driving lane.

Well....I need it because I can't get any of the Novak cut-offs or the Cellshield's to work with the Waterproof XL-5 in the Slash. Me and many others....
