which hitec servo

i am using a futaba 3pm 2.4ghz radio on a buggy. i need to know which hitec servos should i get. i figure get the most expensive, but that would be overkill. i do race but just started. i have about 2 race weekends under my belt. iwant quick response and solid torque.
